No Refunds/No Exchanges: All sales are Final and No Refund/Exchanges will be issued for any
Firearm/Ammo/Accessories purchase(s) once it is in your possession and has left our premises. If the item you purchased is defective, you must contact the Manufacturer directly.

Restocking Fee Policy: Thank you for your purchase. Please read our Restocking Fee Policy to understand how it may apply to you:
- Restocking Fee Non-Possession: If you have not yet taken possession of the Firearm/Ammo/Accessories from NY Firearm Solutions and are waiting for approved Purchase Coupon from your local Jurisdiction and are DENIED and/or have Buyer’s Remorse, a Restocking Fee of 30% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns for Refund and this fee will be deducted from your Refund.
- Restocking Fee Non-Possession Westchester: For Westchester County Residents who are required to purchase the Firearm(s) for the Pistol Permit Process, please be advised that if your application is DENIED and/or if you have Buyer’s Remorse, a Restocking Fee of 30% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns for Refund and this fee will be deducted from your Refund.
- Handgun Purchase NICS Denial: Once a Jurisdiction Coupon is attained and should a NYS/ATF FBI NICS Background Check (facilitated by NY Firearm Solutions) result in a DENIAL, a Restocking Fee of 30% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns for Refund and this fee will be deducted from your Refund.
- Long Gun Purchase NICS Denial: For purchases of Long Guns (Rifles/Shotguns) that currently do not require a NYS Permit (not applicable for Semi-Auto Rifles-Permit Required) should a NYS/ATF FBI NICS Background Check (facilitated by NY Firearm Solutions) result in a DENIAL a Restocking Fee of 30% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns for Refund and this fee will be deducted from your Refund.
- Processing ALL Non-Possession Refunds: Once we receive your Refund request and if your Return is approved, we will initiate a Refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit usually within 14 (Fourteen) days and also dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
